Web design: Llanelli Surf Life Saving Club
Llanelli Surf Livesaving Club needed a community-focused website, in the team colours: red, black and white.
Because the website was needed to be constantly updated, we decided that a Content Management System was needed. We wanted to make sure the design featured the club logo in a prominent position, so we implemented it in the header of each page. Because of the website's multi-threaded nature, we utilised a tabbed user interface to break menus down to submenus, to keep the website looking neat. We made a PHP Photo Gallery, and implemented the Google Calendar API - both of which could be updated using the CMS. We also purchased and optimised a domain and web server for hosting for our client, ensuring that they got the best deal we could find.
